Better Together

When self love feels trendy or my words seem like they’re the same thing I see on my feed multiple times a day, I find myself shutting down. Lies tell me my voice isn’t necessary and my story is redundant. My sinful heart turns this chattering into a competition while deep down my soul knows this is exactly what this community has been working towards. This is what the goal has and will continue to be. Women (and men) all around the world are looking in the mirror & seeing themselves for the first time as worthy - seeing beauty where there was once so much pain. Better yet, they’re talking about it - taking ahold of their stories & newfound freedom & blasting it into the social media universe. Into their circles Into their homes Mothers, daughters, sisters, besties...

It’s become an epidemic felt throughout our most cherished communities. Self love is a ripple that continues to grow and grow - finding every voice along the way just as necessary as the one before. At first confidence can be threatening.... and then it becomes infectious. We’re all in the same fight against our insecurity & the lies we no longer allow ourselves to believe. We are all loved. We are all worthy. We are all beautiful. Tell it to yourself over and over until it radiates from every move you make. Jesus declares our beauty and urges us to see ourselves as He has always. No ifs, ands or dimple butts. This love is infectious. And when we work together, it’s invincible.
