If you’re so dang concerned with having a beach body - can we please talk about how often you’re actually on the beach??? 🏝💦☀️ Maybe MAYBE a couple weeks a year. I’d say MAX 2 weeks a year. And I’m willing to assume 2 weeks is even higher than the average for most Americans. So...at the most you “need” a beach body 15/365 days a year. ‼️ That’s 4% of the year. ‼️ WOW. THANK goodness you have a body suited to the other 350 days (96%) of the year. Mom bods, Couch bods, Student bods, Nurse bods, Dad bods, Newlywed Bods, 35th Anniversary bods (whatever kind you got)...this one’s for you. You’re doing your dang job. 💕💪🏻 And let’s be honest - beach bods are hot, sticky with sea salt, chafing & sunburned. Totally not realistic for the household, working in the ER or studying in the library. Real life bods, carry on. 🎉💗
